Local Businesses Play Important Role In Charles Schwab Cup Championship’s Success
PHOENIX, Ariz. – More than 60 local companies will be part of next week’s 2024 Charles Schwab Cup Championship at Phoenix Country Club, sponsoring dozens of events, venues and causes at the PGA TOUR Champions season-ending event. Phoenix-area businesses play an important role in the family-friendly event, supporting tournament initiatives benefitting women, children and members of the military and veterans.
Local companies sponsoring the 2024 tournament include
- San Tan Ford – Proud Partner, Official Vehicle, Pro-Am Sponsor and Hole-in-One Challenge Sponsor: Gilbert, Arizona-based San Tan Ford is a Proud Partner of the Charles Schwab Cup Championship, is the presenting sponsor of Wednesday’s San Tan Ford Official Pro-Am and sponsor of the Pro-Am’s Hole-in-One Challenge. San Tan Ford will also provide vehicles for professional golfers to drive during their time in Phoenix and will have a substantial presence onsite with vehicle displays throughout the course, including a 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E SUV and a 2025 Expedition.
- Smead Capital Management – Proud Partner and Presenting Sponsor of Fixed-Wing Aircraft Aerial Coverage: Phoenix-based Smead Capital Management is a Proud Partner of the Charles Schwab Cup Championship and is the presenting sponsor of Fixed-Wing Aircraft Aerial Coverage of the tournament. During Golf Channel’s Thursday through Sunday telecast, Smead Capital Management will be highlighted as the aerial coverage sponsor.
- Precision Air & Plumbing – Patriots’ Outpost Sponsor, Military Presenting Sponsor and Military Ceremony Sponsor: Thanks to Chandler, Arizona-based Precision Air & Plumbing, all Active Duty, Military Reserve, Military Retirees, Military Veterans and National Guard Members will receive up to two complimentary grounds admission tickets. Tickets for military also provide access to the Patriots’ Outpost presented by Precision Air & Plumbing, a tented hospitality chalet located near the 13th green. In addition, Precision Air & Plumbing is the presenting sponsor of the Veterans Day ceremony on Sunday, November 10th at 10:15 a.m. The ceremony will include the Luke Air Force Base color guard and the national anthem performed by Senior Airman Mykel Waldon of the 56th Component Maintenance Squadron at Luke Air Force Base.

The event features a breakfast program featuring women making a difference in the community. All Executive Women’s Day attendees will receive free admission to the tournament’s first round.
